Jaime R. Boone, CPA, is a director in the Audit Department at MBAF. She has been in the public accounting profession since 2002 conducting audits of financial statements for entities in various industries including automotive dealerships, entertainment, financial institutions (domestic and international), healthcare, hospitality (country clubs and hotels), non-profit, telecommunications and wholesale/distribution. She also has experience with employee benefit plans and 401(K) audits.
Jaime’s responsibilities involve engagement planning, budgeting, supervision, review and billing. Jaime is experienced in first-time through audit services and is involved in the training and development of young professionals as they commence their careers in the accounting profession.
Before joining MBAF, Jaime worked for two years in one of the Big Four accounting firms where she coordinated and executed audit engagements for several clients including public entities. Prior to Jaime’s public accounting profession, she worked for six years in the accounting department of a domestic bank.
