John Vides, CPA, is a director in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF. John has been in practice since 2001 and has experience with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, pre-immigration tax planning, and international estate and trust planning.
John consults on various topics such as inbound and outbound structuring of investments in a wide array of businesses, including real estate investors and developers, wholesalers and distributors, and manufacturers. He also has experience with wealth transfer strategies, sales and acquisitions of business entities, offshore voluntary disclosure, and Interest-Charge Domestic International Sales Corporations (IC-DISC) and related exporter tax regimes.
