Jeffrey L. Ducker

Jeffrey L. Ducker, CPA, CGMA, is a principal in the Audit Department at MBAF.
Utilizing his extensive background in accounting and auditing for Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs), Jeff serves as the client service executive for a very substantial number of condominium and homeowners associations, mixed use associations, time-shares and cooperatives that are served by Kane Condominium and Association Services, a division of MBAF.
Prior to joining MBAF, Jeff served as the Director of CIRA Services for Kane & Company, P.A., overseeing that firm’s extensive practice of providing services to community associations and cooperatives, during which time Jeff also served as an editor for the AICPA Audit Risk Alert for CIRAs. He has developed CIRA educational programs, and has lectured and been published on industry accounting, auditing, and taxation issues.
With over 30 years of experience in senior management positions in both public and private accounting, Jeff’s background includes healthcare, real estate, property management, non-profit organizations, as well as commercial entities. During Jeff’s tenure at a national public accounting firm, Jeff directed that firm’s computer audit practice in the South Florida area, performing hundreds of computer controls evaluations and coordination of the use of the firm’s proprietary audit software.
