John consults on various topics such as inbound and outbound structuring of investments in a wide array of businesses, including real estate investors and developers, wholesalers and distributors, and manufacturers. He also has experience with wealth transfer strategies, sales and acquisitions of business entities, offshore voluntary disclosure, and Interest-Charge Domestic International Sales Corporations (IC-DISC) and related exporter tax regimes.
