Marc Freeman, CPA, is a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department at MBAF.
Since 1997 Marc has brought his expertise and insights on the complexities of tax accounting to the firm. While well-versed in all aspects of tax preparation and compliance, Marc has a particular expertise in responding to the unique tax and accounting needs of partnerships, and corporations, with an emphasis on domestic tax planning.
Above all, Marc is well-known for his hands on approach. He has applied his experience and body of knowledge to various aspects of tax services for clients, including tax preparation, accounting, tax planning, tax research and tax consulting for a wide range of companies in various industries including professional services firms, real estate and wholesale/distribution.
Prior to joining MBAF, Marc was a tax manager with Freeman, Buczyner & Gero.
