Miguel Velasquez is a Principal in both the Audit Department and the Risk & Transaction Advisory practice at MBAF. His focus is providing clients with SOX and IPO readiness services. In addition, Miguel is part of the Firm’s quality control for audit engagements.
Miguel previously worked with a big four firm, and has extensive SEC experience in a variety of industries. His areas of expertise include auditing and consulting on complex business transactions and accounting issues, as well as working with management and outside parties in public offerings and M&A transactions.
