Mitchell Rubin, CPA, is a director in the Tax and Accounting Department Practice at MBAF. He has broad experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing and taxes dealing with Public and Private Entities, as well as Not-for-Profit entities.
Mitch has experience serving various SEC registrants, as well as closely held private companies over a wide range of industries. Mitch has served companies as part of their internal accounting teams of companies preparing for their IPO and has assisted companies in accounting for their stock based compensation. Prior to joining MBAF, Mitch has been a partner in several New York City middle market accounting firms.
